Nine new members from Theni Division join Team OBC

Nine new members from Theni Division join Team OBC and take the tally of members of Tamilnadu Circle to 993.  We are marching closure to 1000 membership the desired target before the next Circle Conference scheduled to he held during the first week of August 2017.
