Letter sent to CPMG, Tamilnadu to declare Holiday for Pongal Festival

The OBC Employees Welfare Association (India Post) discussed with the CPMG, Tamilnadu Circle to declare holiday for Pongal festival (14.01.2017) and also sent a letter on the subject.  We are awaiting a positive reply.
