லோக்பால் சட்டத்தின்கீழ், மத்திய அரசு ஊழியர்கள், தங்களுடைய சொத்து
விபரங்களை, தற்போதைக்கு தாக்கல் செய்ய வேண்டியதில்லை' என, மத்திய அரசு
அறிவித்துள்ளது.

பார்லிமென்டில், 2013ல், லோக்பால் சட்டம் நிறைவேற்றப் பட்டது. இதன்படி, நாடு முழுவதும் உள்ள, அனைத்து மத்திய அரசு ஊழியர்களும், தங்களுடைய சொத்து விபரங் களை, ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் மார்ச் மாதம் வரையிலான காலத்துக்கு, அந்த நிதியாண்டில், ஜூலை, 31க்கு முன், தாக்கல் செய்ய வேண்டும்.

அதன்படி, 2014ம் ஆண்டுக்கான சொத்து விபரங் களை, தாக்கல் செய்வதற்கான காலக் கெடு, பல முறை நீட்டிக்கப்பட்டு,2016, டிச., 31க்குள் தாக்கல் செய்ய வேண்டும் என, அறிவிக்கப்பட்டிருந்தது. இந்த நிலையில், மத்திய பணியாளர் நலத்துறை அமைச்சகம் வெளியிட் டுள்ள செய்தியில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளதாவது:

லோக்பால் சட்டத்தின் கீழ், மத்திய அரசு ஊழியர் தாக்கல் செய்ய வேண்டிய, சொத்து விபரங்கள் குறித்த விதிகளில், மாற்றம் செய்யப்பட்டு வருகிறது. விரைவில் இதற்கான அறிவிப்பு வெளி யாகும்.

ஏற்கனவே உள்ள லோக்பால் சட்டத்தின் கீழ், மத்திய அரசு ஊழியர்கள், தங்களுடைய சொத்து விபரங் களை, தற்போதைக்கு தாக்கல் செய்ய வேண்டிய தில்லை.இவ்வாறு அந்த செய்தியில் கூறப்பட்டுள் ளது. மத்திய அரசின் இந்த அறிவிப்பால், மத்திய
அரசு ஊழியர்கள் நிம்மதி அடைந்துள்ளனர்.
இருப்பினும், நாடு முழுவதும் உள்ள, 58 லட்சத்துக்கும் மேற்பட்ட மத்திய அரசு ஊழியர் கள், மத்திய அரசு பணிச் சட்டத்தின் கீழ், ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும், தங்களுடைய சொத்து விபரங்களை தெரிவிக்க வேண்டும்; அந்த சட்டத்தில் மாற்றம் எதுவும் செய்யப்படவில்லை.
